We are looking for a skilled Marketing assistant to take ownership of a variety of tasks for a Sydney based group of companies trading in the Real Estate & Property Development and Medical industries.  In order to be successful with this role you will need the following:

Technical skills:

  1. Mailchimp Experience
  2. SEO and Google adwords experience
  3. WordPress experience (at least 2 years)
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  5. Photoshop experience in creating images, banners and CTA buttons
  6. Experience using a video editing software (no preference which one)
  7. FB Business Manager experience (both page management and Ad account)
  8. Experience with other Social platforms (i.e. Snapchat, Twitter, Wechat, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Interpersonal Skills:

  1. Well organized and high attention to detail
  2. Willingness to learn and undertake training
  3. Take initiative and offer solutions rather than wait for directions
  4. Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
  5. Able to prioritize tasks and communicate with your manager regarding changes to your daily task list
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment where targets and goals may change rapidly and you need to be able to adapt and action

Your day to day duties will include the following:

  • Continuously work to improve each company brand utilizing a number of social platforms
  • Manage ads on all the Social platforms including Google adwords Facebook, LinkedIn etc
  • Daily Management of the all the relevant websites (work with the developers to manage existing pages and also to build new websites; if and when required)
  • Test new and existing pages on the websites and propose ideas to improve performance based on best practices from Google and all the relevant search engines
  • Use Google Analytics to monitor website performance and setup all the tags for accurate reporting
  • Design flyers, brochures, photos and banners and create videos as required for both the sales team and also the branding of the businesses
  • Setup and send out Newsletters using Mailchimp for all the companies on set days
  • Leading and running Marketing campaigns using multiple online avenues
  • Draft and publish articles, ads and listing information on multiple platforms including WeChat, realestate.com.au, RP Date, media, and conference platforms
  • Create reports for the Management team of each company to advise on the effectiveness of campaigns and allow for better decision making using accurate data
  • Stay up to date with the changes in the ‘online world’ (i.e. Google, Facebook etc) and ensure all campaigns; ads and publications are meeting the requirements

This a permanent Full-Time role and you will be reporting directly to the Managing Directors and Senior Managers of each company and working from our Manila office; from 8.30AM – 5.30PM (AEST).  You will attend meetings on Skype where you will be allocated tasks and you will manage your daily tasks using shared documents, Skype and your business phone.  This is an exciting opportunity for a goal driven individual where you will be able to support multiple businesses and learn a lot to improve your personal skills also.

We are looking for a skilled marketing and admin assistant to take ownership of a variety of tasks for a Sydney based group of companies in the Real Estate & Property Development industry but also a personal and professional coaching business.

In order to be successful with this role you will need the following:

  1. Proficient in MS Office
  2. WordPress & Photoshop experience
  3. 10+ years of experience in a similar role
  4. Well organized and high attention to detail
  5. Willingness to learn and undertake training
  6. Ability to speak / write / read in Chinese is desirable
  7. Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
  8. Ability to perform basic bookkeeping is desirable (training will be provided)
  9. Problem solver and doer- The ability to resolve operational issues vial calling and coordinating people and resources and getting things done
  10. Knowledge & experience of the real estate / property development industries (preferably commercial properties, development sites, off the plan and high-value properties)

Your day to day duties will include the following:

  1. Continuously work to improve the company brand utilize a number of social platform such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, meetup and others to promote the brand
  2. Design flyers, brochures, photos and create videos as required for both the sales team and also the branding of the three businesses
  3. Daily Management of the companies’ three websites
  4. Leading and running small IT and marketing projects e.g. SEO, adding new functions and pages to existing websites by working with an external IT company, and new lead generation projects etc.
  5. Draft and publish articles, ads and listing information on multiple platforms including WeChat, realestate.com.au, RP Date, media, and conference platforms
  6. Support the Director, sales manager and other sales agents to process new leads, manage the correspondence with clients and finalize deals
  7. Daily coordination and support on sales and property development projects, including scheduling diaries keeping track of all accounts, providing data & reports to assist the sales team and keeping track of targets and KPI’s
  8. Prepare, coordinate and support at all company seminars, events and conferences including confirmation of attendees and speakers

This a permanent Full-Time role and you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of these businesses and working from our Manila office; from 8.30AM – 5.30PM (AEST).  You will attend a meeting on Skype every morning where you will be allocated tasks and you will manage your daily tasks using shared documents on drobox.  This is an exciting opportunity for a goal driven individual where you will be able to support a growing business and learn a lot to improve your personal skills also.
